In partnership with ICC, the Hebrew Free Loan Society (HFLS) offers 0% interest loans to assist ICC students with paying their tuition and fees. HFLS has been making interest-free loans to low-and moderate-income New Yorkers for over 125 years, and they offer a variety of loan programs to meet an array of financial needs.
